Grounded Expressions (Adults)

Virtual Group Art & Wellness Experience for Adults

Mondays and Wednesdays
7:00–9:00 PM (ET)
Live on Zoom
Adults 18+

Grounded Expressions is a reflective, grounding virtual experience that weaves together guided meditation or breathwork with intuitive, process-based acrylic art-making. This offering is designed to support regulation, self-connection, and embodied creative expression within a calm, supportive group container.

Each session begins with a brief five-minute orientation outlining what to expect for the evening and establishing the tone and container for the work. From there, participants are guided through grounding practices before moving into a creative process that emphasizes presence over performance.

The art component of this experience is spiritual in nature and may include symbolic, reflective, or intention-based prompts. Specific themes and approaches are introduced during the live session rather than in advance, allowing participants to meet the work with openness and curiosity. Engagement is always invitational, and participants are encouraged to interpret and respond to the material in a way that feels aligned and supportive to them.

No prior art experience is required. This class is beginner-friendly and accessible. The focus is not on technical skill or producing a finished product, but on the experience of creating as a form of grounding, reflection, and self-attunement.

What to expect:

  • A five-minute opening orientation outlining the session flow

  • Guided grounding meditation and/or breathwork

  • Intuitive, spiritually informed creative prompts

  • Space for personal expression and quiet reflection
