Because each artwork and print is produced in limited quantities and handled with care, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@drawntoher.art with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused after delivery

• Minor variations in color due to screen display differences

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
